Year 2 have been learning about Chinese New Year. Today we had a party in the hall. We had so much fun! We ate some delicious food like prawn crackers and toast, chicken satays, spring rolls and duck in pancakes. Some of us tasted different sauces like sweet chilli, plum and duck sauce. We had a chance to dress up in some traditional Chinese clothes, whilst we listened to some Chinese music. We tried to use chopsticks, but some of us found this very difficult.  We had a fantastic time celebrating Chinese New Year and we have learnt so much!
