Newport City Council would love parents to take part in their School Admissions Survey. They would like to gage why some parents apply for schools that aren’t their catchment. The survey has been created to provide the council with information which will ensure they can improve planning and improve future provision.

When making an application for their child, parents can express a preference for any school and the Council will comply with that preference where possible. However it is not always possible to allocate a preference school as some are more popular than others. As a parent the reason why you choose a school is very important to NCC in planning and improving future provision and therefore we would ask that you spare a few minutes to complete the questionnaire below.
