We have had a fabulous Spring term, where we have been learning all about Spring! We have had so many special celebrations in this half term as well, so we have been very busy! We have really enjoyed spending more time in the garden, learning about the world around us from what we can see, hear, smell and touch! The children have loved noticing signs of spring, especially the flowers that are beginning to grow and the blossom in the trees. We have been so lucky to have Upbeat in this half term, where we had an African Drumming session! The children loved learning a new song and using the drums to enhance that! This half term we have planted sunflowers and we are beginning to watch them grow, they have just sprouted their first leaves, we can’t wait to see what will have happened to them when we come back after Easter! The children have been working really hard with their name practise as we have made lots of cards this half term! I am so impressed with all of the Easter Bonnet creations! Well done everyone! We have loved learning about Spring but we are so excited for next half term, where we will be learning all about ‘where we belong’! Have a lovely Easter everyone!
