What an amazing evening! Tonight, we held a choir concert at St. Julian’s Baptist Church. The concert was entitled ‘Animal Fayre’, with all of the songs having an animal theme. Thank you to the great audience of parents and relatives who listened to the two choirs. A number of songs were sung by the Lower School Choir, which was directed by Mrs Gabica and Miss Browne. The Year 2 and 3 children (with a couple of Year 4s) sang their hearts out and did themselves proud. Their faces beamed across the church and you could see they were enjoying every minute ( as were the audience beaming back)! The Junior Choir was directed by Mr Banks and included pupils from Years 4, 5 and 6. Both choirs sounded amazing and performed fantastically together when combined. Congratulations to everyone who took part and well done to all of the soloists. It is very hard to perform in front of an audience but you did excellently. All of the staff are very proud of the talented singers we have at St. Julian’s Primary School!
