Absence Notification Form

It is the policy of the Governing Body that holidays taken during term time will be recorded as ‘Unauthorised’ unless in exceptional circumstances.  If a child’s attendance falls below 97% and there are periods of unauthorised absences, the Education Welfare Service may be notified.
